The Class of 1989 had an unbelievable trip down memory lane on Sunday, April 25, 2004.  They gathered in the same gym that they so fondly remembered as their own.  Our graduates came with spouses and babies, significant others and recent engagement plans.

The event was organized by Eve Abraham.  Eve took great pains to locate many of the classmates.  Hela Shamash came in on business (she’s a trader) from London and was able to attend along with Katie Rothstein and her husband, who were here from Israel on their honeymoon.  Aran Toshav took time out from his medical studies in Philadelphia to attend, as well. He will be starting a residency in Radiology this month at Albert Einstein Hospital in NYC.

Our graduates have gone into a wide variety of fields, including lawyers, a web developer and dj, an entertainer, bankers, jewelry, real estate developer and mortgage broker, teachers, social work, and school guidance counselor to give a sample.   Adding to the pure joy of the students seeing one another was the entrance of Ms. Gossett, Mrs. Lipper, Mrs. R. and Mrs. Shachar.   Our teachers truly enjoyed seeing their former students.  The alumni had a great time reminiscing about "the old days" and were pleasantly surprised at how much the teachers recalled about them.
