Kohn Mexican Meal

2 boxes of Wacky Mac or other boxed mac and cheese, prepared as per the package
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 and 1/2 cups salsa
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
After the mac and cheese is prepared, mix in all ingredient over a low heat until the cheese is melted.
Use more or less of the added ingredients as desired.
The kids call this my "Mexican meal" and it is always a huge hit. There is never a drop leftover.
